Delete your data

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.

How to ask

• Send “DELETE MY DATA” on WhatsApp 0346 0665233 from the number you used with us, or
• email admin@riwada.com with your WhatsApp number and, if you have one, the last 4 characters of your licence key.

What we delete

• Your WhatsApp chat history and any payment screenshots you sent.
• Your customer details (name, number, channel, city, email), your custom kit and your registered PCs.
• Your licence. Deleting it ends Pro on your PC; the app keeps working as the Free edition.

We may keep a minimal payment record (date, amount, transaction ID) where the law requires it for accounting, and nothing else.

How long it takes

We confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner, and reply to tell you it's done.

Data on your own computer

The Free edition sends us nothing. To remove OnAirHero from your PC, uninstall the app and the browser extension; your local settings are removed with them.
