Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data OnAirHero (onairhero.com, the OnAirHero desktop app, browser extension and our WhatsApp number 0346 0665233) collects and how it is used. OnAirHero is a product of Riwada Private Limited, Pakistan (“we”, “us”). Questions: admin@riwada.com or WhatsApp 0346 0665233.

1. The app and the browser extension

• The app runs on your own computer. The graphics, your OBS settings, your streamer cams and the live scores stay on your computer.
• The extension reads the live match page you open (for example Cricbuzz or Crex) and sends the score only to the OnAirHero app on the same computer. We do not receive your browsing history or the pages you visit.
• Free edition: the app does not send us personal data.
• Pro licence: when you activate and once a day after that, the app sends our licence server your licence key, a PC code (a one-way fingerprint of the computer, so the key works on one PC), the computer's name, the app version and, as with any internet request, your IP address. We use this only to check the licence, stop key sharing, deliver your custom kit and help you when you change PCs.

2. Buying Pro and support

To issue and support a licence we keep: your name, WhatsApp number, channel name or link, city, email (if you give it), your plan and expiry date, and payment records (amount, method such as EasyPaisa/JazzCash/bank, transaction ID and date). Your custom kit (colours, channel logo and handle) is stored privately and only sent to the PC your licence is activated on. Licence keys are stored only as a one-way hash. We never ask for or store card numbers, PINs, OTPs or passwords.

3. WhatsApp chats

• When you message us on WhatsApp we receive your WhatsApp number, profile name and the messages and images you send, through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.
• An automated assistant answers common questions. To write replies, your recent messages are processed by Google's Gemini API. If you send a payment screenshot, it is stored privately and Gemini reads the amount, method and transaction ID so that a person on our team can check and approve it.
• A person from our team can read the chat and reply. You can ask for a human at any time.
• We use your number only to answer you, deliver your licence and send messages about your licence. We do not sell it or send unrelated marketing.

4. The website

onairhero.com is hosted on Cloudflare, and downloads are served from Cloudflare storage. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. These providers receive your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages. The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies.

5. Who processes data for us

• Cloudflare: website, licence server and database hosting.
• Meta Platforms: WhatsApp Business messaging.
• Google: Gemini API (WhatsApp assistant), Google Fonts.

These providers may process data outside Pakistan. We share data only as needed to run OnAirHero, or when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Licence, kit and payment records are kept while your licence exists and afterwards for as long as we need them for accounting and to resolve disputes. Chats and payment screenshots are kept until they are no longer needed or until you ask us to delete them. Licence-check records (PC code, IP, version) are overwritten by newer check-ins.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. See how to delete your data. Deleting licence data ends the licence.

8. Security

All connections use HTTPS. Licence keys are hashed, licences are signed so they can't be forged, and the admin console needs a password plus a one-time code. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you think your key has been misused, and we will issue a new one.

9. Children

OnAirHero is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for important changes tell Pro customers on WhatsApp.
