Terms of Service

These terms apply to the OnAirHero app, browser extension, website and support (“OnAirHero”), provided by Riwada Private Limited, Pakistan. By installing or using OnAirHero you agree to them.

1. Editions

• Free: free to use, with a small “onairhero.com” mark on the stream and one host cam.
• Pro: a paid subscription (monthly or yearly) that adds your custom kit, removes the mark and enables Pro features such as the second host cam. Prices are shown on onairhero.com and may change for future periods; a change never affects a period you already paid for.

2. Licence

• A Pro licence key is for one computer at a time and for your own channel(s). Don't share, resell or publish it. We can move it to a new PC when you ask on WhatsApp.
• The app checks the licence online once a day and keeps working offline for up to 72 hours.
• When a subscription ends, your custom kit stays in the app, the OnAirHero mark comes back and Pro features pause until you renew. Renewing needs no new key.
• We may suspend or revoke a licence that is shared, resold, paid with a reversed or fake payment, or used to break these terms.

3. Payments

Pay with the methods we give you on WhatsApp and send the payment screenshot. A licence is activated or extended only after we confirm the payment. Refund requests are reviewed case by case; contact us on WhatsApp with your transaction ID.

4. Your stream and content

• You are responsible for what you broadcast and for following the rules of YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and any other platform you use.
• Only stream video, logos and other material you have the right to use. Rebroadcasting TV or official match footage without permission can get copyright strikes or bans; OnAirHero does not give you any rights to such footage.
• You confirm you have the right to use any logo or name you give us for your custom kit.

5. Live data

Scores come from the third-party match page you open. We can't guarantee they are complete, correct or on time, and a change on that site can stop updates until we update OnAirHero.

6. Our software

OnAirHero, its graphics, designs and code belong to Riwada Private Limited. Don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, or try to bypass the licence check. Your custom kit's colours, logo and handle remain yours.

7. No guarantees of results

OnAirHero helps your stream look professional, but we don't promise any number of viewers, subscribers, watch time, monetization or income.

8. Availability and liability

OnAirHero is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running but can't promise it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for OnAirHero in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or a missed stream.

9. Changes and contact
